Clean, convenient, friendly, and comfortable stay.

The room was really clean and had everything you’d need. Just a bit cramped, though—I felt like I was playing Tetris with my bags. The pillows were hard, which wasn't great for sleeping. The bathroom was nice, but the step was kinda tricky to navigate. It had a kettle and hair dryer, so that’s a plus!

This stay was primarily to explore the vibrant nightlife and amazing street food scene nearby. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to exciting spots like Dotonbori, where the food offerings were incredible. The bed was clean, and even though the room was quite small, it was comfortable enough for a short stay. Staff were helpful with luggage storage, which added to the overall convenience of our visit.

I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the elegant modern decor, which was both cozy and inviting—perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's accessibility made it easy for everyone, especially seniors, to navigate comfortably.

i had a fantastic stay at the hotel, much better than my previous experience in osaka. the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the room was comfortable with a washing machine. efficient check-in and stunning views from upper floors made it a memorable stay.

I appreciated the warm welcome I received with spring water from Mount Fuji. It was a nice start to my stay. I also enjoyed the premium bedding and the electric kettle in my room, which made it easy to have hot tea in the evening. The overall location was perfect for exploring local attractions.

You can’t beat the food scene around here! Matsusakagyu Yakiniku M served up some mouthwatering grilled beef that has me drooling just thinking about it. Plus, being so close to Dotonbori means you’ll never run out of amazing places to snack—try the street food! The location is undeniably prime, making it easy to explore Osaka's nightlife. The staff was also super helpful with luggage storage!

The room was super tiny, didn’t have space for our bags, and felt like a game of Tetris fitting everything in. The bathroom step was a mini obstacle too—it could trip up anyone. I missed the onsen experience, but at least the bed was clean, even if the pillows were hard as rocks!

My stay was fantastic as I loved being able to walk to both Dotonbori and Kuromon Market, where I explored plenty of delicious street food options. the friendly staff even helped me find local restaurants nearby, making my weekend all the more enjoyable.

Check-in took too long with everyone lining up outside, which was a hassle. The room wasn't very inviting. it had a lingering smell of smoke and I noticed some stains on the bedding. However, the location is perfect, really close to major shopping centers and just a few minutes' walk from Namba station. The hotel staff were somewhat helpful when I asked about luggage delivery, but they weren't particularly friendly. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I just wish the check-in process had more organization and the rooms were better maintained.

apa hotel namba ekihigashi is a cozy spot. the breakfast buffet was excellent and had diverse options, including sashimi. it’s a short walk to namba station, making it easy for our day trips. also, the desk staff ensured our room was ready when we returned from dinner. overall, a pleasant stay with the family!
